Service messages

Livora may send messages reasonably needed for account security, quotations, orders, deliveries, payments, safety and complaints. Declining marketing does not stop essential service communication.
02

Marketing choice

Promotional email, SMS, WhatsApp or other campaigns require a separate, informed opt-in for the stated channel. Marketing boxes are not preselected. Creating an account, applying, paying or providing a delivery phone number is not marketing consent.
03

Withdrawal

Promotional messages must identify the sender and include a simple opt-out. You can withdraw one channel or all optional marketing without closing your account. A minimal suppression record may be retained to honour the opt-out.
04

Electronic records

Where electronic acceptance is used, Livora records the document version, authenticated actor, time and affirmative action. Privacy acknowledgement, optional marketing and contractual acceptance remain separate choices.
